Munchies Guide to Wales
This short series on youtube follows Charlet Duboc as she travels around Wales in search of its best food.
From the perfect Welsh rarebit to foraging to a bean museum, I think it might actually be safe to say Wales definitely has some interesting foods. Wushi (welsh-sushi) I have to say, is a personal favourite.
I really love the filming of it all and Charlet is an amazing host who meets some truly fascinating people. Matt Powell is a foraging chef that cooks in a tipi and forages all his food from the woods. He went completely off grid and has gone back to nature, something, especially in this day and age, is extremely difficult.
So, if you have a spare 15 mins, watch an episode (episode 3 is the best... in my opinion).
