I recently decided that too much of the news and information we receive these days on social media is either wrong, misinformed, biased or just a bit sad. So, I decided to create Lykkelig: The Happy Blog, to try and spread some happiness by allowing people to read things and watch things that may be irrelevant, but make you feel a little bit happier.

Lykkelig is the Danish word meaning happy and this name arose because the Danes just seem to be so happy! This year, they have been ranked the happiest country for the third time in a row.
