Heliophilia is this week's word! It is very apt in this amazing heatwave we're having as heliophilia describes the desire to stay in the sun; essentially the love of sunlight.

I am most definitely a heliophile and this incredible weather has been a god send after the rather stressful exams, which are finally over!

For example, sunflowers are heliophiles, following the sun throughout the day.
