Headspace | Meditation
I know this seems clichéd and everyone has probably reached the end of their tether when it comes meditation and yoga...
However, this app has honestly made me such a calmer and relaxed person! When everything gets a bit over whelming, it gives you a minute to breath and recollect yourself.
Headspace is a free app that I really recommend downloading. The video above is an introduction. You can either sign up and pay or just carry on for free (which I do).
You get an initial pack of introductory guided meditation sessions and then a free session that changes every day.
I personally try and do it every day before bed, of course this rarely happens, but when it does, I just feel an intense sense of calm.
