Although when many hear effervescence we think of chemistry, it's actually a really nice word.

You can actually hear the bubbling in the word and the soft 'f' sound at the beginning followed by all the sibilance of 'scence'. I think it sounds exactly like when you drop a tablet in a glass of water.
