The Word of The Week

Apologies for the late post last week!

I love this french phrase (not technically a word of the week!) because we have all, on many occasions, been 'etre à l'ouest'.

I think, it is actually really important that we all take short moments out of our lives to get some perspective and often, having a bit of a daydream is the best thing.

Especially with all the social media and news we are constantly surrounded by, it's so necessary that we take a look around ourselves and always look for the best things in our lives. Often we can forget how lucky we are.
